Nautilus specializes in machine gluing & folding of GUSSETE & FLAT PRESENTATION COVERS, WALLETS & SLEEVES . We don’t do handwork.
Our hotmelt adhesive bonds matt cello to matt cello, so there is no need to strip cello or use gluable cello.
1 or 2 pockets with 18 to 20mm glue flaps on the body only. Capacity to 25mm.
Capacity can vary up to 6mm between pockets. Pocket depth from 70mm to 235mm.
Maximum size to 735mm either direction. Body width 695mm maximum.
Minimum size 210mm either direction. Body width 170mm minimum.
Our registration system follows your die-cut or guillotined edges.
