Another victory for Ferrostaal as it gains distributorship of Fujifilm prepress products.

Hard on the heels of last week's news that Ferrostaal had gained the Komori agency from CPI, the latest development cements Ferrostaal’s push to become a complete graphic arts supplier as it takes hold of the Fujifilm range of plates, consumables and CtP equipment.

Ferrostaal’s chief executive officer, Markus Haefeli, believes that the addition of the Fujifilm products will add to Ferrostaal’s existing product portfolio.

“As a specialist supplier of equipment, systems and software for the local prepress sector, Ferrostaal Australia will provide a support network backed by expert staff specialising in all aspects of prepress production,” he said.

“There are a number of new agencies Ferrosstaal has taken on which broadens our product set. Our focus for this year is to become the largest supplier of premium products for the printing industry and this consolidates and strengthens our portfolio.”

Fujifilm’s general manager, graphic systems, Juergen Krufczyk (pictured above), said that Ferrostaal was chosen for its international reputation as a leading product supplier. “We are delighted with this new arrangement as Ferrostaal is renowned as a global representative of a broad range of brand products,” he said.

"Ferrostaal is renowned internationally for its expertise as a global
representative of brand products. So much so, that the organisation has
subsidiaries in 60 countries."
